"The PRR program to put passenger business on an efficient, self-supporting basis includes improvements in service, equipment, merchandising, as well as removal of trains that the public has stopped patronizing. Here are three examples of PRR action that are attracting widespread interest." (Page 10)

In this context, "Lucius Beebe, noted journalist and connoisseur of fine food and fine trains, recently rode the PRR's Broadway Limited. Later, in a letter to Trains Magazine, he wrote: "I personally think it is one of the great trains of all time.'"
