OCHR about to go under I670. A GP30 and former Amtrak units.

Description:  As you can imagine, I couldn't stop long. As a result I didn't get the #s. The GP30 could have been 2187, 4218 or 4221. The F40-PHs more than likely were 452 & 460. While they have others, they are listed as stored.
