Description:  Built by Baldwin in May of 1923 as CMStP 8327, the loco was later renumbered to MILW 427 in June of 1938. The loco served for 31 years before being retired and scrapped in October of 1954. Specs - 63" drivers, 200 psi boiler pressure, 26x30" cylinders, engine wt of 292,770 lb, tractive effort of 54,723 lb. No photographer was listed.
