Puffing smoke and hooked to a passenger train, this 1937 Alco-Schenectady built 4-6-4 Hudson, DLW #1154, is ready to head out on the rails again. Specs - serial #68913, class M-1, 80" drivers, 245 psi boiler pressure, 26x30" cylinders, engine weight of 377,000 lb, tractive effort of 52,791 lb All five in the M-1 class were removed from service and scrapped between 1951-53.
