It displays the slogan, "Safety Reigns On Our Train". Number 25012 was built in May 1942 as CA-3 3712, renumbered to 25012 in February 1959, wrecked at Sterlington, Louisiana and retired November 16, 1989. It displays the slogan, "Please, Let's Don't Meet By Accident". I can only assume that they were either on a special assignment or there were a lot more eastbound UP trains than there were westbound trains in this time frame. |
