Today's yard job has an SD40-2 assisting. Here it is going east past a brand new CSX lift truck. They were doing work on the crossover but have paused here. CSX 8040 is former SBD/SCL 8040 built in July 1979. |

CSX stub track removal (1) |
| Description: |
A lift truck and welding truck are on Track 4 removing the remaining pieces of the stub track near the sewage plant. Many years ago that track ran all the way to Broadford. As time permitted for the past few years they have worked on finally getting this track removed. The next job will be to re-align the track so that it no longer has the bend in it where the turnout was. |
