| The Chillicothe-Brunswick Rail Authority (CBRM) operathd the former NS/NW/WAB line from Chillicothe to Brunswick MO for two periods, Jan 1987 to Mar '90, Oct '94 to Mar '04. CBRM was formed under the Green Hills Rural Development Agency, a quasi-governmental NW Missouri group. GHRD sold the road to the City of Chillicothe in 2004, with the CBRM organization being officially disolved by the state in Dec 2009.#The route, now functionally a 4-mile terminal operation, is leased by the city to Motive-Rail Inc (MRIX), who runs it under the Missouri North Central title. |
