| A pair of Kansas City Southern SD40-2's were in the New Orleans Public Belt's East Bridge Yard, with a transfer run from the UP (MP) to the NS. Apparently the KCS had sent the locomotives to the NS on run-through train No. 55, and the NS decided to use them on a transfer run before returning them to the KCS on No. 56. |
