Chuck Zeiler	General	I think you are referring to is the grab iron and shadow of same, which almost appears to be an arrow or fish shape. This shape of grab iron was intended to hold a ladder in place when an employee needed to get up on the nose to wash the windshield or replace wipers.	4/15/2013 10:17:16 AM
