USRP 6217 and BNSF 8893 sit just north of Clarksville, Mo. on the BNSF Hannibal Sub, in the sidings at the Holcim plant just before the clouds let out the rain. The BNSF 8893 and NS Gevo are tied town on a east bound freight (northbound) and the USRP 6217 is attached to a string of cars. The note in the 6217 cab window says "Hole in cab floor"; so my guess its going to be dead in tow whenever it gets picked up. USRP 6217 was formerly a HLCX leaser and originally built for the Quebec, North Shore, and Labrador in 1973 and number 242. |
