Tom Beckett	General	Ah, the famous Crandall E's. These were former UP E 8B units that were acquired by CNW. Chief Mechanical Officer MH Crandall supervised their coversion to A units by adding a cab, somewhat similar to the Canadian Cab. It was a good way to save some money over new power, and get some use out of what were still decent units with some life in them.	3/9/2020 4:20:48 AM
