| OIBU, on the left, has done its Binghamton work, and is now holding on track 1 as a late running TV 303 rolls past on track 2. It will cross over here, and run ahead of OIBU for a crew change and go at Gang Mills. The signal at right controls track 3(ex DLW) where it joins the ex Erie track 2 for the trip west. This was part of the West BD interlocking, installed in 1959 when the Erie and DLW consolidated facilities on the Tier. |
