| This 1950 EMD built SW1 unit has been working hard the last year and picked up a good coating of road dust, probably from dragging leaking cement hoppers around. Looks like a crew member had to clean off the number below the engineer's window to be able to identify the unit! No location was given for this photo nor the name of the photographer. The date is approximate in 1951. |
