The Minnesota Transportation Museum has two Rock Island "Capone" commuter cars, so nicknamed because these venerable cars, which date back to "Big Al"'s era, lasted for a long time in Rock Island commuter service. Today they are equipped with tables and serve as a sort of snack/beverage area on Osceola & St. Croix Valley trains. Dig that train order signal they have at Osceola too. |
