| ...such an original header, you know how it ends tho :-) What you see is all that is left of FCEN's Forest City Branch that used to run all the way to 434 & 436 (and in years prior, all the way to Sanford). The line crossed at grade the mainline to Orlando underneath the overpass headed to Winter Garden. The bridge over US 441 will be dismanted withn a week of this photo. The branch served FCEN's short-lived dinner train & excursion steam in recent years & was last used for CSXT storage cars. |
