| The Monroe, Arkansas Depot was a gift from Charlotte and Freeland Nash in 2003. The building was on the old Arkansas Midland Railroad line, which provided service from Brinkley to Helena. Missouri Pacific later operated the railroad for many, many years. Monroe is about thirteen miles southeast of Brinkley. |
