New Orleans Public Belt 0-6-0's 20 and 22 were parked at the railroad's engine terminal, next to one of their eventual replacements. These two locomotives, along with the 21, were the NOPB newest steam engines, having been built by Baldwin in January 1921. They were authorized for retirement on 15 May 1957, but spent their last years on the roster stored out of service. |
